∎ Interacting with customers, Overseas agents & all service providers.
∎ Support to sales Teams.
∎ Prompt follow-up import operation & execution.
∎ Documentation & invoicing.
∎ Responding Promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and team leader as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
