∎ Highly organized with great attention to detail Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Marketing Calendar Planning
∎ Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and seasonal
∎ Marketing Calendars
∎ Aligned with product and brand objectives.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement the planned initiatives on time and within budget.
∎ Assist in planning and executing seasonal brand campaigns and new product launches.
∎ Collaborate with design and digital teams to deliver strong, cohesive brand messaging and visuals.
∎ Ensure timely execution and 360° alignment across all customer touchpoints.
∎ Support content creation for social media, website, in-store, and email marketing.
∎ Coordinate with the digital team to maintain consistent brand tone and storytelling.
∎ Track performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
∎ Assist in organizing in-store events, launch activations, and seasonal celebrations.
∎ Manage logistics, vendor coordination, branding, and execution on-ground.
∎ Bring brand campaigns to life in physical spaces through immersive customer experiences.
∎ Analyze campaign and digital performance data to generate actionable insights.
∎ Support development of *data-driven strategies* to improve ROI and customer engagement.
∎ Prepare marketing performance reports and present key takeaways with future recommendations.
∎ Assist in executing PR plans, including media outreach and influencer collaborations.
∎ Track coverage and work with key stakeholders to increase brand visibility.
∎ Monitor campaign budgets and assist with cost tracking.
∎ Help generate post-campaign evaluation reports and monthly performance reviews.
∎ Carry out any other tasks assigned by management related to marketing and brand development.
