∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have knowledge on call center software like vicidial.
∎ Should have knowledge on IP PBX software like Issabel, Grandstream, Yeastar etc.
∎ Should have knowledge on Asterisk.
∎ Must have knowledge on IP Phone set configuration.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare, install, maintenance, troubleshooting hardware, configure & setup and also provide extensive support to PC, Laptop, UPS, printer and related hardware, software and networking issues.
∎ Troubleshoot and solve problems for Hardware Desktop, Laptop, notebooks, printer with PC Assembling
∎ Set-up and maintenance of IP, LAN and wireless router, and Online Printer, and Microsoft outlook, MS Office, Antivirus and other essential software.
∎ Data servers maintain, and Database backup, restore, Test and perform bug fixes
∎ Assist in planning and implementing the data integration and data migration activities.
∎ Maintenance of it inventory with proper documentation
∎ Work closely with the other teams with a positive teammates attitude
∎ Must have knowledge on call center software like vicidial.
∎ Should have knowledge on IP PBX software like Issabel, Grandstream, Yeastar etc.
