∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in HRD, (MBA will be added advantage).
∎ 1–3 years of experience in HR or training coordination.
∎ Strong communication and organizational skills.
∎ Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic LMS or training software.
∎ A learning mindset and willingness to grow into a future training leader.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in HRD, (MBA will be added advantage).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in conducting training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads.
∎ Support in the design, planning, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
∎ Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue setup (online or physical).
∎ Maintain and update training databases, attendance records, and employee learning progress.
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and trainers to measure effectiveness.
∎ Help organize Train-the-Trainer sessions and assist in developing internal trainers.
∎ Research new learning trends, digital tools, and training content to support learning innovation.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors for outsourced training sessions and certification programs.
∎ Assist in managing the training budget and procurement of learning resources.
