∎ Skills Required: Drafting Note, Drafting various types of letters, Good Liaison Communication Skill with Govt. Non Govt. personnel, ligitation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Law, Labour Law, Land Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and drafting various documents of official correspondence.
∎ Dealing and Maintaining litigation on behalf of company.
∎ Vetting case documents/any dispute issues/ agreements to prepare reports.
∎ Taking legal action to recover debts from inactive distribution.
∎ Lands documents vetting, opinion and mutation.
∎ Sound knowledge on labor law and labor rules.
∎ Liaisons with police administration, land office, and others.
∎ Administrative task such as record keeping and file management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Visiting Factory
∎ Visiting Government and Non-Government organization
∎ Ability to perform any assigned tasks given by management.
