Business Development, Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Interior Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Write proposals, prepare presentation slides & marketing materials.
∎ Maintain contacts with Other corporates/ civil construction firm/ Multinationals.
∎ Maintain daily records of marketing activities & report to supervisor.
∎ VIP Customer handling skills & Client Meeting, Project Briefing and Sales developing.
∎ Collaborate with Architects for interior/ exterior design & get clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
∎ Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate & timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing and issues.
∎ Contact customers via emails and phone calls to offer them services
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients highlighting the benefits of a product to influence the purchase.
∎ Collaborate with the design & development departments to get clients for interior design.
∎ Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events.
∎ Creating and maintaining database of prospect clients. Then Creating new channel partners and driving sales through them.
∎ Good Exposure to Channel Sales/Associates network.
∎ Analyzing customers' requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.
∎ Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must possess good communication and presentation skill.
∎ Prior experience in Interior designing/Decorators/Water Solution will add an advantage.
∎ Candidates living in Uttara or near Uttara are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
