Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any Discipline/MBA from Reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cement, Stone Chips, Sand, Chemical, Lubricant, Tire-Tube & Various Item procurement for Karim Asphalt & Ready Mix Ltd.
∎ Receive Material Requisition from factory site and get final approval from management.
∎ Sourcing the appropriate vendor/Supplier and collect quotation against material requisition.
∎ Discuss with the vendors/Supplier for rate finalization, material quality, material availability, delivery time & etc.
∎ A Comparative statement (C.S) made on basis of quotation.
∎ Get Approval of C.S from Authorized Management.
∎ Fund Requisition prepares & Submit for approval.
∎ Work Order Prepare and get sign from authorized Management.
∎ Issue the work order to the respective supplier
∎ After issuing the work order keep follow up till material delivery to factory.
∎ Arrange transportation (Dump Truck) in Special Case.
∎ Bill Checking (Proper Seal & Calculation).
∎ Bill Collect from Audit & Bill submits to accounts.
∎ Follow up the party payment.
∎ Reporting to Responsible person.
∎ Visit market time to time to collect information about price analysis.
∎ Arranging Credit purchase & manage payment & billings.(Credit Duration: 45 days to 60 days)
∎ To collect Material Purchase Requisition (MPR) from every on-going project as per monthly budget.
∎ To prepare Monthly, Weekly & Daily work program.
∎ Any other task assign by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Five (05) years' experience in a relevant field. (Purchase/ Procurement)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Aggregates Ready-mix Concrete, Asphalt & Building Materials.
∎ B.Sc. in Civil will get prepare.
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication typing experience both in Bangla & English.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Tally & others Accounting Software.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable.
