∎ Secure business deals by creating and successfully capitalizing business opportunities.
∎ Work independently and also as part of a team thus contributing in the performance of the Company's Sales Dept.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through rapport with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive status.
∎ Regularly update self in respect of product knowledge, features and amenities of company projects.
∎ Job Context:
∎ A leading real estate development company comprises such portfolio of apartments, commercial buildings and shopping malls in mid to high-end residential and commercial projects in Chattogram & Dhaka. We are looking for a confident and proactive sales professional in the position of Executive/ Senior Executive, Chattogram zone. This is a full-time position.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
