Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop procurement plans based on the requirements of the Maintenance Department.
∎ Source necessary materials for maintenance activities.
∎ Identify and select the most suitable suppliers.
∎ Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and issue purchase orders.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to support uninterrupted operations.
∎ Prepare invoices and submit them to the Accounts Department.
∎ Follow up on supplier payments to ensure timely disbursement.
∎ Source materials required for civil works.
∎ Prepare Comparative Statements and ensure timely delivery to support smooth civil construction activities.
∎ Coordinate and communicate effectively with the PIM (Project Implementation and Monitoring) team.
∎ Follow up on service goods and ensure timely delivery.
