∎ Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assess raw material requirements and plan procurement for civil projects.
∎ Prepare and send RFQs with accurate technical specifications.
∎ Analyze and estimate costs for RCC projects.
∎ Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and finalize orders.
∎ Issue purchase orders (PO) and monitor work progress.
∎ Develop inventory management strategies to optimize material usage.
∎ Source and enlist vendors while ensuring proper documentation and integration into procurement software.
∎ Conduct budgeting, COGS analysis, and cash flow assessments.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
∎ The role is responsible for efficiently managing raw material assessment, procurement planning, vendor sourcing, and budget analysis to support civil projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in procurement processes, estimation for RCC projects, and inventory management to ensure seamless project execution.
