Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for two energetic mechanical engineers for the after-sales service team of YANMAR Harvester.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and execute a proper customer feedback system.
∎ Establish & maintain service software and ensure proper monitoring of the field service team.
∎ Drive 'Smart Assist Remote (SA-R)' software project and train users, customers, and service teams on SA-R software.
∎ Establish and monitor a proper reporting system from all service staff monthly.
∎ Plan and arrange service campaigns and perform service marketing activities.
∎ Claim warranty to the principal with proper documents every month
∎ Ensure proper logistics support for field service team.
∎ Visit the Field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces satisfaction.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports, tour reports, and expense bills in time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ High communication and social skills.
∎ Sound skills in MS Office
∎ Experience in after-sales service operations of Automobile/Agri-Machinery will be an added advantage.
