∎ Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Having MBA in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
∎ Professional Certification: PGDSCM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Prepare demand plan.
∎ Assist in strategic sourcing to ensure sustainable competitive advantages for the organization.
∎ Responsible for developing effective supplier base / best vendor, maintaining efficient business relationship and conduct periodic assessment / review of supplier performance.
∎ Develop & maintain vendor master data & supplier performance strategies.
∎ Negotiations completion of contracts with supplier.
∎ Establishing a strong network & fostering collaboration with internal customers, suppliers & other stack holders.
∎ Conducting suppliers & commodity risk assessments.
∎ Experiences of sales & operation & ROP (Resource & operation plan) process in supply chain.
∎ Responsible for the complete procurement function to ensure timely & cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, consumables & spare parts, ensuring best quality as per applicable standards..
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
