Responsibilities & Context:
∎ For Autogas:
∎ • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Autogas products.
∎ • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to achieve sales targets.
∎ • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Autogas sector.
∎ • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the Autogas segment.
∎ • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
∎ • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to Autogas.
∎ • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
∎ • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
∎ • Participate in cross-functional meetings to enhance overall business performance.

∎ For Reticulation:
∎ • Hardworking nature to go around the construction projects, building sites and talk to the owners, masons, electricians, plumbers, fitters of all trades.
∎ • Ability to forge alliances/tie ups quickly.
∎ • Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
∎ • Strong interpersonal and social skills.
∎ • Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
∎ • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, formal and informal)
∎ • Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
∎ • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ • Ability to prioritize when under pressure.
∎ • To prospect and consult with local businesses.
∎ • To creatively identify new businesses and activities to be featured, expanding the range of offers for our subscribers.
∎ • To present nearby as the unique opportunity for businesses to acquire new customers.

∎ For Industrial Sales
∎ • Find out new business opportunity in commercial, Industrial & Residential reticulated system as well as Auto gas station.
∎ • Industrial LPG Solution installation, erection and commissioning.
∎ • Increase commercial sales generation and prospective customers.
∎ • Identify different potential customers and different commercial or residential areas and install reticulated system.
∎ • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide sales support, secure & renew orders, arrange delivery as well as monitor for smooth operation.
∎ • Ensure aftersales services including repair/Fitting/Testing/Maintenance for smooth supply of LPG according to given instructions of Management and approved SOP.
∎ • Provide rapid and active support to the respected customers of Auto Gas station or Reticulated System.
∎ • Meet the KPI as set by the management.
