Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical inventory doing daily basis and preparing short qty report and circulate to management.
∎ Preparing chemical calculation as per planning tentative projection, and making requisition /Indent form for shortage chemicals.
∎ From Indent making the PR by SAP software and send to central purchase department for creating the PO
∎ Inventory the chemical as per PO and Invoice and storage as per compatibility chart.
∎ Preparing the GRN and submit to account department.
∎ Issuing the chemical form chemical store maintaining the FIFO
∎ Distribute the chemical form color kitchen as per wash recipe / job card.
∎ Ensuring the safety of chemical store people and giving chemical handling training
∎ Preparing local language labeling for chemical drum as per compliance requirement
∎ Circulate the stock report by daily &monthly basis.
∎ Dry process and other goods stock also making and requisition the short qty goods once of month.
∎ Preparing the month end consumption report for accounts department.
∎ Overall looking after the chemical and dry process consumables store.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Has to have excellent knowledge at Microsoft office (Word,Excel, Power Point).
∎ Need to have experience in SAP or any other ERP software.
∎ Has to be fluent in English both verbal and written communication
Salary: Negotiable
