∎ B Pharm (4 Year)/ M Pharm from any reputed University
∎ MBA (Major in Marketing) will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare result oriented marketing strategies of assigned Brands
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing/ developing promotional activities
∎ Planning & executing the promotional mix with the set budget
∎ Analyzing the ROI of the assigned brands and taking corrective measures
∎ Developing and updating product related resource materials and provide training to the field colleagues
∎ Frequent KOL, customer visit to increase professional relationship in line with the strategies
∎ Conducting promotional campaign and CME/RTM throughout the country.
∎ Monitor and measure the outcome of sales and prescription of assigned products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Good academic background and sound professional knowledge
∎ Practical experience in PMD of any leading pharmaceutical company
∎ Clear understanding of Microsoft Office and other digital technologies
