Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute sales operation in assigned territory, act as a point of contact between customers and Ceramics Tiles business – AKIJ-AURA Brand
∎ Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers
∎ Gather customer information to figure out the customer needs
∎ Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations / cost calculations for Tiles products
∎ Respond to customer queries and resolve their concerns and requisitions
∎ Inspect inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display
∎ Achieve sales targets and ensure continuous sales growth
∎ Build and retain relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, meetings
∎ Understand client needs, provide information, and offer solutions to address their requirements
∎ Develop insights on Aura-Akij products, including their features, and customization options
∎ Conduct research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities
∎ Maintain sales records, including customer interactions, visits, and orders.
∎ Akij Ceramics Limited., (ACRL-Tiles), an SBU of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint Executive / Senior Executive for its sales team who will be responsible for executing and overseeing sales operations in territories of AKIJ-AURA brands - Key Responsibilities:
