Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with day-to-day administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the top authority accordingly.
∎ All-time floor monitoring & communicating with people on behalf of the office.
∎ Ensuring overall safety, security & cleanliness system.
∎ Communicating with the required organization/offices for obtaining any type of legal Documents, Licenses, Permissions, and certificates new/renewal as per company requirements.
∎ Develop, establish, and implement a framework of organizational development process, policy & procedure.
∎ Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department & stuff members.
∎ Improving & maintaining administrative systems & procedures.
∎ Preparing & reviewing operational reports.
∎ Performing clerical accounting & general office duties as needed.
∎ Monitor costs and office various expenses as required.
∎ Administrative Petty cash management.
∎ Oversee facilities services, office various problems, maintenance activities, and managing various vendors.
∎ Office regular purchasing related to administration dept.
∎ Hotel & air ticket issuing.
∎ Meeting organization.
∎ Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams & departments.
∎ Carry out the necessary paperwork in the office for record-keeping, correspondences, and updating related files and arranging timely submission of payment of all bills and dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal, document mailing, buyer entertainment, etc., and maintain proper records thereof.
∎ Maintain office discipline and behavior.
∎ As per necessity maintaining meetings with all sections in charge.
∎ Ensuring required tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English writing and speaking.
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer, MS Office, and IT-related areas.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is a must.
∎ Client relationship management skills to maintain professional communication.
∎ Budgeting, bookkeeping & planning skills of associated computer.
∎ Quality assurance skills.
∎ Time management & prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules & office systems.
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
