Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and organize sales operation in assigned territory, act as a point of contact between customers and the group’s business unit
∎ Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers
∎ Gather customer information to figure out the customer needs
∎ Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations / cost calculations
∎ Respond to customer queries and resolve their concerns and requisitions
∎ Inspect inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display
∎ Achieve sales targets and ensure continuous sales growth
∎ Build and retain relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, meetings, and communication
∎ Understand client needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to address their requirements
∎ Develop insights and understanding of our Ceramic Sanitary Ware products, including their features, and customization options
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities
∎ Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, visits, and orders.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and propose improvements for sales growth
