Job Responsibilities:
∎ *Admin Job:-
∎ Acting as a communication hub between Field Team and Head Office
∎ Prepareing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
∎ Preparing and analyzing various sales and admin related reports and give time to time feedback to senior management and field force.
∎ Distributor’s ROI analysis.
∎ Appointing new distributor, effective communication with existing distributors, and settlement of discontinued distributors.
∎ Location wise Costing analysis.
∎ Working as a team member for new Sales Team hiring.
∎ Brand wise Secondary Scheme Plan, Execution Plan, Monitoring, and Claim settlement.
∎ *Field Job:-
∎ Regular market visit and working with sales team to evaluate Sales Forces capabilities, training them, and monitoring performance graph.
∎ Check market coverage of Kallol’s brands, market response of new initiatives, and competition activities.
∎ Analyzing Distribution Coverage Plan, and originate new business opportunities.
∎ Visit distribution points and check Company set standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal & leadership quality.
∎ Good knowledge in computer office applications (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point) is must.
∎ Bangla writing software knowledge is expected.
∎ Height range of the candidates should be from 5' 5" to 5'7"
