Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit dealers and retailers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure consistent order collection.
∎ Collect orders for A1 products and promote additional items to maximize market presence.
∎ Travel occasionally to strategic locations such as Assam and Tripura to expand regional coverage.
∎ Gather market intelligence and competitor data to support strategic planning and business decisions.
∎ Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through proactive selling and territory management.
∎ Support the importer in increasing sales volume and clearing existing inventory through targeted initiatives.
∎ Identify new dealers and retailers, and explore untapped markets to grow brand reach.
∎ Provide product training, promotional materials, and branding support to enhance dealer performance.
∎ Collect customer feedback and share insights with the company to drive continuous improvement and product development.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Market Development Officer to support the growth of A-One Bathroom Fittings and Pipes across key markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealer visits, order collection, market expansion, and competitor analysis while building strong relationships with partners. This role requires occasional travel to regions like Assam and Tripura and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to sales growth and market development initiatives.
