Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com / MBA (Accounts & Finance/Management), CA (CC), CMA Part Qualified in any reputed public University/ Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Yearly Budget, forecasts and management reports.
∎ Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of all cost elements.
∎ Preparing historical trend analysis of business.
∎ New project feasibility analysis and prepare project budgets and fund calculations.
∎ Contribute to achieving financial objectives (Sales, Profit and Cash Flow) through financial analysis and operational decision making.
∎ Ensure strong business partnering support to each SBU (Strategic Business Unit) with business analysis and insights.
∎ Share financial and business performance and outlook expectations. Proactively discuss business/Financial plans.
∎ Analysis of the businesses including external environment to support sales growth and improve/protect profitability.
∎ Pro-actively review and alert on issues and opportunities to HOD and identity and recommend corrective action on deviations from business plans and budgets.
∎ Drive accountability for high forecast accuracy and transparency to root cause events of any variances.
∎ Work with senior management to support the development of appropriate strategies for the growth of the business.
∎ Partner across the entire organization to support both financially and analytically towards their goals and priorities.
∎ Develop and understanding of the competitive pressures that the business faces and their potential implications and provide business alternatives/ solutions.
∎ Work with the Managers of Analysis to provide cohesive analytical support on ad hoc financial analyses that drive strategic business decisions.
∎ Continually challenge current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimize risk/ cost to the business.
∎ Evaluate and report actual versus planned outcomes of key strategic and tactical decisions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Accounting & Finances.
∎ Must have 5-10 years experience in Diagnostic or Hospital related specific job.
Salary: Negotiable
