∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare proper planning & execution to ensure on time product fitting and repairing.
∎ Ensure proper follow up with Customer care department and Sales channels to get the customer’s complaints, feedback, recommendations/ suggestions etc.
∎ Ensure strong relationship with Distribution department to bring & deliver the repairing products.
∎ Ensure strong relationship with Production, Sales & Distribution department to fitting newly delivered products.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring, controlling and management of Product Fitting and Repairing technicians.
∎ Should have proper Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
∎ Regularly providing updated information regarding repairing products and follow up & give report timely to the CRM (Customer Care) department.
∎ Having knowledge of costing related activities of repairable goods.
∎ Maintain inventory of Repairing Products and spares.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-6 years’ experience CRM, Customer Care, Product Fitting & Repairing, Production & Sales in Furniture Industry.
∎ Ability to work with ERP & CRM/ Customer Care software.
∎ Candidate who have experiences in Furniture Manufacturing Industry will get extra preference.
Salary: Negotiable
