Education:
∎ BBA and MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed university.
∎ PGD in HRM will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Training on Labor Law is preferred.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years of practical experience in any reputed and compliance-based footwear, leather, garments, textile, or manufacturing industry.
∎ Prior experience in payroll management is preferred.
∎ Must be familiar with attendance software/system operations.
∎ Basic knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, attendance, salary calculation.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
∎ Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
∎ Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee HR & Admin activities at the factory premises to ensure smooth daily operations.
∎ Operate and manage the attendance system using computer/software.
∎ Maintain accurate attendance and leave records (daily, weekly, and monthly).
∎ Manage payroll and compensation activities in accordance with company policies.
∎ Assist in the recruitment and selection process (scheduling, documentation, coordination).
∎ Organize and coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
∎ Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports.
∎ Contribute to formulating and updating HR policies within legal and regulatory frameworks.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
∎ Generate and issue official notices as required.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
∎ Communicate effectively in both English and Bangla with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
