Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
∎ Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases in both soft and hard formats.
∎ Coordinate employee joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and final settlement processes.
∎ Monitor attendance, leave management, and prepare monthly summaries for payroll processing.
∎ Prepare various letters and HR documents such as appointment letters, experience certificates, notices, etc.
∎ Coordinate and support training, development, and employee orientation programs.Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
∎ Support managers in addressing performance-related issues and implementing performance improvement strategies.
∎ Daily activities reporting to the concern person.
∎ Employee Engagement Program Coordination.
∎ Keeping Records of Orientation, Motivation and Training session.
∎ Ensure smooth administrative support including logistics, maintenance, and inventory management.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
∎ Assist in organizing staff welfare programs, events, and internal communication.
∎ Liaise with government and external agencies as needed for HR & Admin compliance.
∎ Perform any other HR & Admin-related duties assigned by the line manager or department head.
