Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
∎ To assist in Recruitment & selection procedure.
∎ Create Job description & Job Specifications for employees.
∎ Maintain and update all documentation and Personal records.
∎ HR operation using attendance payroll software system specially KORMEE.
∎ Prepare and maintain payroll-related records and reports.
∎ Check factories Salary Sheet, Final Settlement bill & all kind of allowance & Bill.
∎ Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
∎ Establish and enhance HR processes per management directives.
∎ Performing other HR-related issues assigned by the management.
