Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Consulting Firms, Textile

Job Context:
∎ HR Executive/Sr executive perform all of the department`s functions or work with an HR assistant or generalist that handles administrative matters. Regardless of the size of department or the company, a human resource Executive/Sr Executive should have the skills to perform every HR function,
∎ Human resource Executive/Sr Executive should have the skills to meet individual & company KPI/Target ensure visibility, and find out the gap in the work and take necessary and corrective measures to align the gap as per the company standard. Maintain good relationship with all employee.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct employee recruitment programs as per standardized Recruitment Plan for each department
∎ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
∎ Following and establishing the human resource policy and procedure of the organization, ensuring discipline and prompt delivery of the workers services
∎ Manage employee reimbursements as per defined HR Budget
∎ Maintain comprehensive employee database and generate customized HR reports as per the needs of the management
∎ Placement and orientation of new employees
∎ Conduct periodic employee evaluation using advanced assessment tools
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement, assistance and training programs
∎ Control employees' daily attendance & movement monitoring system, employee turnover and recruitment status
∎ Handle other day-to-day HR & administrative related tasks
∎ Conducting investigation against complaints and taking necessary disciplinary actions in coordination with management
∎ Preparing different reports on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment, disciplinary measures taken, etc. for the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Any previous training on Social Compliance/ Legal/ Environmental standards will be added advantage.
∎ Fluency in spoken & written English is essential.
∎ Drafting both Bengali and English is must.
∎ Computer knowledge is must.

Salary: Negotiable
