Responsibilities & Context:

∎ JMI Industrial Gas Ltd. (JIGL) is a joint venture company of Japan, Thailand & Bangladesh. It came on stream in the last lag of 2014 with the technical collaboration of world renowned THAI SPECIAL GAS CO., LTD. of Thailand. JIGL is the first company to introduce Ethylene Oxide Gas mixing plant in Bangladesh. JIGL uniquely poised to cater the demand of the country and has got surplus capacity to export to the overseas markets.
∎ We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after Information Technology (IT) activities.
∎ • Provide First-level technical support to staff via phone, email or in person
∎ • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure prompt resolution
∎ • Install, configure and maintain computer systems, printers and other peripherals
∎ • Support network systems including LAN, WAN and internet connectivity
∎ • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure systems are up to date
∎ • Ensure data back-up and recovery procedures are followed
∎ • Support software applications and perform basic user training when required
