∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The Executive/Senior Executive - IT will responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and networks of the organization. The role involves installation, configuration and maintenance of all IT systems, network systems, Application systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/ software related issues within a shortest possible time.
∎ Job location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain computer systems and make sure that all departments IT related devices are functioning properly.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, barcode scanner, UPS/IPS, etc.)
∎ Administer network and data security including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email security.
∎ Provide support to all users of Head Office/ Site Office/ remotely working staff in terms of ERP, applications, IT tools, Company IT hardware, etc.
∎ Maintain IT stock information.
∎ Assist to Planning & Organizing Network Infrastructure.
∎ Check all LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi systems, IP Telephony, Video conferencing systems.
∎ Install antivirus and other necessary software on user Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Microsoft Office365 configuration on user Desktop/Laptop/Mobile, Microsoft Teams / One-Drive Support, etc.
∎ Provide training to the employees in using computers and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
∎ Troubleshooting of Computer Hardware & Network device.
∎ Receive complain and guide the user to solve the problem over phone/visit.
∎ Maintain the IT security system.
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly report on IT overall system related incident to Head of IT
∎ Any other task as assigned by the authority and management of UGC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-4 years in Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), IT System Management, Hardware, etc.
∎ Age 25 to 35 year(s)
∎ Highly proficient and up to date with computer applications and online tools e.g. latest Microsoft suite of products.
∎ Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, detail-oriented.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English written and verbal), good team player.
∎ Must have strong and clear concept on IT Technologies.
∎ Professional accomplishments that reflect patience, self-motivation, initiative, independence and ability
