Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Responsibilities:
∎ To implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for the company's ceramic products (e.g., various tiles);
∎ Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, architects, contractors, and end-users;
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of the company's offerings;
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals;
∎ Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction;
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
∎ Maintain accurate sales records, track progress against targets, and provide regular sales reports to management;
∎ Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements; and
∎ Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network, promote the company's products, and gather market intelligence.
∎ Marketing Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts;
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the ceramic industry;
∎ Manage and update marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, website content, social media presence, and other promotional materials;
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing activities, such as SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns, to reach target audiences effectively;
∎ Organize and participate in marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities;
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development) and external agencies (e.g., advertising, design) to create impactful marketing campaigns;
∎ Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization;
∎ Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure a strong return on investment;
∎ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels; and
∎ Perform duties as assigned by the management time to time.
