Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed university, Engineering background will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coming up with plans on how to improve user panel, app (thinking from a client's perspective)
∎ Coming up with plans on how to improve our internal admin panel
∎ Coming up with ideas on how to improve our internal culture so that we can ensure better service to the customer.
∎ Pursuing new and exciting IOT related ideas for which the company always encouraging.
∎ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
∎ Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Manage medium amounts of incoming calls (Corporate Clients).
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Go the extra mile to engage customers.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge of supply chain
∎ Minimum 1-year experience required but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply with proper credentials.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
