Job Context:
∎ Square Textile Division is a venture of Square Group, is looking for some energetic and result oriented team members for its Quality Assurance Department (Sample and R&D)
∎ Company: SQUARE Denims Ltd. (Garments Unit)
∎ Work Station: Dubaliapara, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining sound communication with Buyer representative related with sample.
∎ Coordinating with buyer's quality requirement and production management.
∎ Finding quality issue from needle point & guiding responsible person.
∎ Monitoring QC/QI performance with production data and communicating with relevant department for sample pass/ fail statistical report.
∎ Analyzing risk assessment point with CAD & sample in-charge.
∎ Identifying & delivering relevant trainings and ensuring final product quality sample as per buyer requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 05 years of relevant work experience.
∎ Adequate knowledge in pattern, shrinkage & buyer tech pack.
∎ Sound knowledge about Denim & Non Denim wash.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skills.
∎ Should be fluent and efficient in both written and oral communication in English.
