Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales and Marketing to join our PMG team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing day to day sales call and product marketing, managing our sales team, and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. This role requires a minimum level of communication and approaches, skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
∎ Work Location: Within Dhaka City.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.
∎ Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
∎ Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform Team Leader of Sales and marketing.
∎ Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
∎ Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
∎ Experience managing and leading a high-performing sales team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of marketing automation tools, and social media platforms.
∎ Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
