∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting or finance.
∎ Partly qualified in ACCA from reputed farm.
∎ ITP Certified from NBR.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle & solve all the VAT & TAX related issues on behalf of company.
∎ Handle Vat & Tax circle officials in connection to Vat & Tax matters.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Vat & Tax related issues.
∎ Liaising and maintaining all Vat & Tax related correspondences with respective circle officials to obtain Tax benefits;
∎ Monitor deduction of Tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
∎ Prepare tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions etc. available under the law;
∎ Managing the Companies' VAT compliance process as per recent VAT Act;
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all kinds of VAT Registers including Legal litigation;
∎ Corresponding with Custom Excise & VAT office independently;
∎ Prepared and submit monthly VAT return (MUSHOK-9.1);
∎ Having practical knowledge about the new VAT & SD Act 2012 and Vat SD rules 2016;
∎ Dealing VAT cases and suppliers with vat related issues;
∎ Preparation and submission of SD/VAT challans;
∎ Preparation & Maintain VAT register books like Mushok 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.10, and 9.1;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time

∎ KLIMB BD is our newly established footwear retail brand with a global vision. We are looking for an Executive/ Sr. Executive for the VAT & Tax Department.
