Battery industry, Delivery Management, Inventory or Store or Warehouse, Stock Inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.
∎ Warehouse management system.
∎ Receive, unpack, and delivers goods, re-stock items as necessary, label shelves.
∎ Look for sources of supply and is responsible for obtaining prices from the suppliers as well.
∎ Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders
∎ Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc.
∎ Coordinate with purchase team, inventory and warehousing function.
∎ Maintain database of purchase record and performs physical count of inventory.
∎ Performs routine duties, including data entry, answering telephones and assisting the sub-ordinates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ 2 years of experience for Executive level & 1 year experience for Officer level position.
∎ Should have knowledge on ERP software.
∎ Handling manpower as well as leads the team.
∎ Must have prior experience in stocks and delivery.
∎ Pleasant Personality and Excellent communication skill.
