∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD (SCM)
∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skill in English, Microsoft Excel Advance Level, Raw material planning, Supply Chain Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking self-motivated career-orientated Supply Chain professional with good Production Planning skills, from a reputed University.
∎ Job Location will be in Hemayetpur, Savar
∎ Must ensure stay with the Company at least 3 years.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on experience in preparing Raw material demand Planning SOP and policies to meet Company's requirements.
∎ Task Scheduling.
∎ Raw material Demand Analysis.
∎ Ensuring MRP as per BOM.
∎ EOQ calculation considering safety stock.
∎ Oversee raw material storage, handling, over and under stock, and give suggestions to site RM store.
∎ Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process, and analyzing performance.
∎ Plan and implement raw material stock and production strategy, ensuring targets are met.
∎ Ensure in time raw materials receive in coordination with the Procurement team.
∎ Production Capacity Requirement Planning.
∎ Total Production Maintenance.
∎ SMV & Process Analysis.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Lean systems implementation.
∎ Control manufacturing and delivery processes.
∎ Ensure you're aware of exactly what is happening throughout the supply chain.
∎ Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.
∎ Manage and minimize the risks that could affect or interrupt the supply chain.
∎ Deal with Sales Team to share abnormalities in their provided sales forecast and conduct S&OP meetings monthly basis.
∎ TPM knowledge will be added value.
∎ Another job as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table, and any accounting ERP software
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
