Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure timely supply automobile materials/spare parts.
∎ Ensure best quotation of automobile materials/ materials/spare parts.
∎ As per user requirement collect quotation, prepared cs, take management approval, create po, Purchases item and send the item concern store.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & speciation.
∎ Develop alternative sources of supply.
∎ Update information of market, price of material.
∎ Coordination with concern dept. and transport to ensure smooth delivery of purchase material.
∎ Develop and implement cost reduction.
∎ Process bill as per purchase order.
