∎ Purchase or Procurement department
∎ Excellent analytical ability
∎ Advanced knowledge in MS Office

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive requisitions from factory, source API, excipients and packaging materials for product development purpose
∎ Collect quotations & prepare comparative statement (CS) for approval and generate work order, monitor progress and ensure on time delivery
∎ Communicate suppliers and vendors for troubleshooting
∎ Maintain regular communication and follow-up with the suppliers and vendors for material availability
∎ Keep liaison with Research & Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and International Regulatory Affairs departments
∎ Develop new materials, additional suppliers for competitive price and quality improvement
