Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
∎ Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
∎ Schedule and organize interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
∎ Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
∎ Conduct initial screening of technical candidates to assess their qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
∎ Facilitate the issuance of offer letters and appointment letters for selected candidates.
∎ Assist new hires with joining formalities, ensuring completion of required documentation, personal file management, and smooth onboarding.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
∎ Maintain and update the recruitment dashboard.
∎ Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and talent pipeline.
∎ Execute employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.
∎ Manage job advertisements on social media channels to enhance visibility.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create employee testimonials, recruitment videos, and branding campaigns.
∎ Attend job/career fairs, organize tech talks, webinars, and networking events to engage with potential candidates.
∎ Build relationships with universities and participate in campus hiring initiatives.
