Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequently Project visit and Market Rate Verification
∎ Physically Pre & Post Measurement for Sand filling/Cutting, Earth cutting/filling, Lake cutting Land Development etc & check Material consumption.
∎ Check all Labor Contractor Bill.
∎ Check all Budget/ Estimate, CS etc.
∎ Surprise audit, Operational Audit, Complience Audit, Performance audit.
∎ Check all Utility bill ( Electric Load increase & installation, Electric line pulling(temporary),Water supply line construction(Temporary & Permanent), Storm & Waste water line construction, Water line drainage system, Generator, Sub station, Lift, Fire extinguisher, Lighting etc.
∎ Check all Land Development-Sand filling/Cutting (Tech), Earth cutting/filling (Tech), Lake cutting, Road construction (Tech) - Box cutting, Macadam/Rubbish filling, , BFS , HBB , Edging etc.
∎ Check all Boundary wall/Fencing work (Tech), Security post(Tech),Watch Tower, Sign board(Tceh), Other development work.
∎ Check all Materials purchase Bill ( MS Rod, Cement, Brick , Sand , Shuttering & Electrical Materials etc ).
∎ Check all Rolling work, Bulldozer & Excavator's work.
∎ Check all Island/Divider making for Road, Pathway construction, Gardennig/Plantation work etc. Others Technical Issues of AMG ( Decoration, Renovation works, Interior work, Repair & Maintenance, etc).
∎ Prepare audit observation reports and periodical.
∎ Special assignment as per requirement by HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good Knowledge in Technical Audit.
∎ Must have good Knowledge in Civil Engineering (Land Project).
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Sound in Tally Accounting software ERP.
∎ Very good typing skill both in Bengali & English.
