Job Context:
∎ This position holder will be responsible for proactively supporting in all types of post sales activities.
∎ Time to time making and updating supporting tutorials.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Service is fully responsible for ensuring proactive customer service for our
∎ corporate clients & software users in a prudent manner.
∎ Preparing quality tutorials (text, images & audio-visual) for the users and keeping up to date on the place
∎ Following the customer support operating process procedures
∎ Support to angry customers' politely. Resolutions immediately any
∎ issues without hurting the company images.
∎ Supporting the sales team to boost the sales revenue from the field level.
∎ Finding the bugs/errors or any gap of the software or service to eliminate the issues
∎ immediately by the Manager & developers' team of the company.
∎ Maintaining the call, email, service token logs, issues, provided solutions, reports in a formatted
∎ software on a daily basis.
∎ Maintaining social media pages, groups, inbox chatting, email queries, websites contact forms
∎ to quickly respond to the customers on a daily basis.
∎ Meet the goals of the required service daily, monthly, quarterly basis
∎ Fostering the company values, cultures & upholding the brand reputations
∎ Ensure proactive support before need client service
∎ Daily effective reply of every mail, token, call, whatsapp, sms & other communication tools
∎ Daily basis solve the token,
∎ Ensure reminder & confirmation of Expiry Domain, Hosting & others product
∎ Maintain Outbound & Inbound Call as per company need

Additional Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Call Center Agent, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support through Phone, Online Marketing, Tele Marketing

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
