Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will have to communicate with the customers via phone and email marketing. Explain the products and services to the customers. Make calls to the customers and sell products or services to them. Maintain necessary customer contact cycle to ensure customer expectations are met. Handle customers in a good manner. Create a customer database with all the required information.
