∎ Specialized in conducting the training program & preparing the training module

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying and assessing the training needs through job analysis, career paths and consultation with reporting supervisors and develop training calendar and budget accordingly.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads.
∎ Design, develop, and deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
∎ Coordinate with external training vendors and subject matter experts.
∎ Prepare training calendars and manage end-to-end training logistics.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
∎ Maintain accurate training records, reports, and dashboards.
∎ Stay updated with the latest learning trends, tools, and technologies.
∎ To ensure Training Record report up to date.
∎ Develop New training content.
∎ Ensure On the job training provided.
∎ Prepare Training Calendar Yearly.
∎ To ensure Factory orientation of new Joiner (factory & corporate).
∎ To ensure Pre & post evaluation of every training.
∎ Receive Training Requisition from Department by different job performed.
