∎ Experience with travel booking software (preferred)

∎ Coordination & Communication: Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
∎ After-Sales Support: Resolve post-booking issues and provide continuous assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction
∎ Documentation & Record Maintenance: Maintain precise and updated records of bookings, client interactions, and travel documentation.
