Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com in Accounting or Finance of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Purchase/ Sales register/ Musuk Challan, VAT Returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 2012.
∎ Handle VAT audit (by VAT authorities) as and when scheduled and keeping close liaison with VAT circle office, Division office and commissioner office.
∎ Monitor VAT payment, Submission of VAT return and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare price declaration (4.3) as per VAT and SD Act, 2012.
∎ Prepare VAT reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting record.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Import, Customer Procedures, VAT Act & Rules related to Import.
∎ To manage multiple and challenging VAT engagements with a large volume of data.
∎ Monitor and keep all the VAT register updated, issued VAT Challan and maintain the records, registers and documents conforming to VAT laws in a timely manner.
∎ Update VDS/ TDS records and ensure deposit of respective challans in timely manner.
∎ Check documents, prepare & submit VAT Return and ensure it’s submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
∎ Maintain liaison and closely work with VAT regulators and solve the barriers related to company VAT issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on VAT and SD Act 2012, VAT audit, Training and MS office.
∎ Living around Uttara & Tongi will be highly preferable.
∎ Flexible to work in a team.
∎ Self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Honest, smart, active and confident.
∎ Well groomed and well mannered.
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill within shortest possible time.
