Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Management, Chemical store, Environmental Compliance, ETP WTP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring all chemicals are kept with Bangla MSDS in workplace, ensuring proper Labeling is used with proper pictogram in Chemical containers.
∎ Ensuring the secondary containments are using all chemical related workplaces (Dyeing floor, Printing floor, Spot removing room, utility room, ETP and chemical store).
∎ Daily checking all eyewash stations and in works place and takes corrective action measures by engaging concerns persons.
∎ Creating awareness among chemical handing persons for using proper PPE.
∎ Daily visit the wastage keeping storage area and takes corrective action measures by engaging concerns persons.
∎ Maintaining the waste inventory with evidence (e.g. gate pass, Callan).
∎ Arranging the training for conducting chemical handling training, Chemical Spill drill, Waste handling training, Environmental Awareness training (Energy savings, water savings, and Reducing the soil pollution).
∎ EMS related notice board updating, Postering the environmental awareness related activities in workplace.
∎ During the floor visit find out the energy misuse and water leakage areas and taking corrective actions by engaging concern persons.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
