Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect fabric/accessories in-house plan from the Head of Planning.️
∎ Review PO sheet & delivery dates.️
∎ Prepare Monthly & Weekly Line Plans.️
∎ Develop alternative plans for line feeding or urgent requirements.️
∎ Provide production plans to the concerned team.️
∎ Track and report on TOD, HOD and FRI.️ Implement corrective action plans based on previous day’s production.️
∎ Check Line Balance & take necessary steps for WIP status in cutting, sewing, finishing & packing.️
∎ Generate reports on Line Plan achievement & Plan vs. Actual production.️ Monitor fabric & accessories status.️
∎ Follow up on sample approvals with CS comments.️
∎ Oversee size set making & cutting section input control.️
∎ Ensure finishing as per inspection date requirements.️
∎ Maintain email communication with the Head of Planning.️
∎ Ensure line balancing through layout, time & motion study for all styles.
