∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, data entry is must
∎ Candidate should be proficient in written and verbal communications in English very strong customer service orientation
∎ Strong analytical/logical approach to systems support
∎ Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
∎ Operating within a dynamic team and fast-moving industry environment
∎ Must be willing to work long hours when the need arises
∎ Willing to work on shift, public holiday and weekend

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing of invoices and bills for wholesale and corporate customers by software or other tools
∎ Maintains and ensuring maintenance of client records related to invoicing and bills
∎ Ensuring invoices are processed accurately for services at contracted rates and proactively address all discrepancies in a timely manner
∎ Communicating with wholesale customers regarding confirmation of bills
∎ Ensuring inventory and stock update related with set top box, adaptor and other accessories for the operational areas/entities
∎ Preparing Monthly Feed Operator Bill (Set Top Box Bill)Panel/Sub Panel Create as per details provided by Sales
∎ Customer Upload in software as per format
∎ Manage/execute batch/bulk process in software     Giving support through WhatsApp, Mobile phone to resellers/feed operators for software/billing related issue
∎ Giving support & solution to software related issue to internal users   Provide training regarding the software application and process to cable operators, feed operators, resellers and employees
∎ Drafting and distributing weekly/monthly reports as per department need
∎ Performing other related duties as assigned
