Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take ownership and maintain all the social media platforms of all business units
∎ Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers to promote brands
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
∎ Promote campaigns through SEO & SMM to generate sales leads
∎ Measure digital marketing outcome using a variety of web analytics tools
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audience and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversations
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
∎ Maintain partnership with media agencies and vendors
