∎ Candidates having real estate sales experience in Uttara will get preference
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies & generate leads.
∎ Contacting potential clients over the phone/by email/in person.
∎ Preparing sales proposals and offering it to the potential clients.
∎ Meeting monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Collecting booking money and down payment from the new client.
∎ Handling customer queries and complaints. Building and Maintaining a CRM database.
