∎ Age at least 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All financial data input in Tally Prime, As well as various Excel files.
∎ Record keeping of cash vouchers, cash books, petty cash, bank books, journal entries, and maintaining trial balances.
∎ Prepare invoices, vouchers, and delivery challan software-wise and manually.
∎ Process and manage vendor invoices. Ensure timely payment of bills and expenses.
∎ Follow up on overdue payments. For long-term outstanding maintain a professional conversation via mail.
∎ Prepare financial statements and reports for management. Provide financial analysis and insights.
∎ Prepare and submit the monthly VAT return (Mushak 9.1). Regularly Collect Tax and VAT documents from Clients.
∎ Supervise and oversee day-to-day office operations of the administrative work.
∎ Provide administrative support to executives and managers.
∎ Ensure regular VAT compliance as per Government rules and law.
∎ Conduct hearings, appeals, tribunals and finalize assessments for VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure timely Payment of VAT, VDS etc. as per Govt. Rules using appropriate form/ treasury challans.
∎ Manage relationships with VAT & Customs Circle/Division Office, Zone/Headhunter.
∎ Communication with NBR to solve the barriers related to Company VAT issues.
∎ Ensure timely Prepare and maintain all Musak (example 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 4.3 etc.), VAT register, & Other VAT papers.
∎ Ensure all VAT registers and records conforming to VAT laws are updated in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure preparation of timely VAT Return (9.1) and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
∎ Coordinate official meetings and training, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
∎ Ensure all logistics supports for corporate office according to the company administrative procedures.
∎ Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and hygiene.
∎ Maintain vehicle schedules and liaise with transport service providers.
∎ Prepare and verify monthly bills related to food services, transportation and other administrative expenses.
∎ Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure timely service delivery.
∎ Assist in various office administrative issues as assigned by management.
∎ Note: Those who have Motorcycle they will get preference first.
